Following his unforgettable final hurrah in Logan, it's almost impossible to imagine anyone except Hugh Jackman play Wolverine in the X-Men franchise. However, back when comic book movies weren't taken seriously and the DCEU was still just a glint in Zack Snyder's eye, there was a time when Fox actually had to audition stars who could bring 'Ol Canucklehead to life.
