Netflix's 'Death Note' is this year's best comedy. Look for 'AD3' in Facebook.

The Walking Dead has its fair share of heart-wrenching drama and blood-curdling horror, but another thing that AMC's hit series is also known for is its unintentional humor. One of the most popular running gags born from the show was the "Coral" meme, which is a mockery of Rick Grimes' (Andrew Lincoln) mumbled pronunciation of his son's name, Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs). Check out a fan's compilation of every time Rick said "Coral" in the early seasons below.

As it turns out, the show's fans are not the only ones who love replacing Carl's name with a specific form of marine-life. The cast of the show is also in on the whole joke, as seen in the Behind the Dead featurette that showed after The Walking Dead's landmark 100th episode. Here, the cast - included - did their best impressions of Rick's mispronunciation of his son's name. Check it out below.

While everyone else may be having a heyday with Carl's mangled name, one has to wonder what the one-eyed kid himself thinks about all of this. Riggs has gone on record about this matter before, telling Triple J that he did grow tired of it "especially when people yell ‘CORAL’ at me." While the "Coral" meme may have run its course, Riggs has yet to grow weary of playing in 's biggest show to date, and the actor has actually grown more attached to his role as the episodes went by.

“I still love it. I still have so much fun doing it. Especially in the last few seasons, getting to do more and more with my character and interactions with the other characters. It’s been really, really awesome.”
