Westworld took the world by storm in 2016 with a maze of complex plots and a jaw-dropping season finale. The response to the first few episodes alone was so uniformly positive that HBO renewed the show for a second season midway through Season 1.

While Westworld Season 2 won't arrive till 2018, that doesn't mean it's too early for a teaser trailer! With constant speculation on what we'll be seeing in Season 2 (Samurai World, anyone?), it's a relief that we can now peer into this manmade environment once more, as has just dropped a Season 2 teaser for Westworld at . Check it out:

Very few TV shows have received as much fan and critical success in their first seasons as Westworld. The show earned three nominations at this year's Golden Globes before racking up 22 nominations at the 2017 Emmy Awards.

Although we don't know exactly what will be coming our way in 2018, this teaser has given us plenty to chew over in preparation — in addition to that tantalizing Episode 1 title Jonathon Nolan let slip!

Evan Rachel Wood (Dolores Abernathy), Thandie Newton (Maeve Millay), James Marsden (Teddy Flood), Jeffrey Wright (Bernard Lowe) and Ed Harris (William) are all set to return for a second season. Louis Herthum (Peter Abernathy) and Talulah Riley (Angela) have been promoted to series regulars. Katja Herbers, Zahn McClarnon, Jonathan Tucker and Neil Jackson will be among the new faces in Season 2.
