Guys, it's official! Missing Doctor Who episodes, originating from the era have been found in Ethiopia, and will be made available digitally this week!

According to new reports from the Radio Times and the Mirror, over 100 Doctor Who episodes that were previously considered lost forever have now been found, some of which will be released for sale on iTunes. The BBC has also "called a press conference and screening on Tuesday in a London hotel."

The 60s shows disappeared after the BBC sold off a load of old footage or lost them, and since then we've has number of similar reports which have emerged as false, and nothing has amounted to anything officially Doctor-y. But...wow! It looks like this Time Lord s*** just got real.

Nothing further is likely to go down until the conference, so stay close for news from that. What a great 50th Anniversary this will be!
