Punisher, Daredevil, Ghost Rider and Blade: Some of the forgotten orphans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. They were ripped from the rest of their superfamily and whisked away to... another studio. Sure, Spider-Man is pretty much the "Marcia" of this group, but we can't do without these four if we are to have a truly complete Phase 3 or 4. Looks like we might be one step closer to the dream, folks: They're back with Marvel.

With The Avengers: Age Of Ultron coming up, that means that anyone who wants to show up in Phases 3 or 4 very likely will have their seeds planted now. According to Entertainment Weekly (via Comic Book Movie), Marvel honcho , even Ghost Rider is confirmed to be back under the Marvel umbrella. Feige said of the recently reacquired characters:

Whenever a character comes back to us, it's usually because the other studios don't want to make the movies anymore - and that usually means the [previous] movies may not have been particularly well-received. They all have potential, but we're not going to say 'We got it back - make it.'

OK, so they might not be getting reboots anytime soon. But that doesn't stop them from making cameos in the other Marvel movies, right? If I really wanted to talk crazy here, and I will, just imagine: 's Ghost Rider in Avengers 2! I know, I know. I did say it was crazy talk, but fun to imagine nonetheless.

The takeaway from all this: They're back with Marvel Studios, and that's good enough for me. For now. What about you?
