Warner Brothers is in the early planning stage for its potential 2016 releases. According to Cosmic book news they have an inside source at DC Entertainment. First the good news-

They finally want to give The Flash his own movie! They claim WB has four scripts in the "vault" including one with Wally West. According to their source though it will be Barry Allen's story. Zack and Deborah Snyder will be producing/executive producing The Flash with Geoff Johns helping the story as "creative consultant." Not sure who else will be scripting it because David Goyer will be busy doing Justice League at that time. Now the bad news.-

Wonder Woman, won't get her own movie. She will be introduced in the Justice League movie and described as an "outsider" to the world. Which is pretty lame if you ask me. No reboot for the Green Lantern either. In the Justice League movie there "WILL" be a new version of Hal Jordan.

Personally, I am glad they are finally bringing "The Flash" to the big screen. I can't understand why they don't take a chance on a Wonder Woman movie. I would also rather see John Stewart as the Lantern. Of course the only mention of an Aquaman movie was still on the show "Entourage".

That also leaves out the Martian Manhunter. They can't have four main characters just described as "outsiders" to the world. They wouldn't or would they? So is their source any good? Are there ideas? You tell me, will they at least mention Wonder Woman in Batman vs Superman or will that movie be lame enough to kill off the whole DC universe? Justice League is slated for 2017 so things could change. What would you change?
