Since today is Thanksgiving morning I decided to kick off the Holiday season by listing my choice of top 10 favorite movies of all time until now. I am including the lead Actor & Actress and my favorite quote from each movie as well. I hope that this list will help some of you rekindle your love affair with your favorite movie and that the rest of you will find a favorite movie all your own. Without farther ado, here is my top 10 favorite movies & quotes:

1. It's a Wonderful Life (1946)

It stars James(Jimmy)Stewart and Donna Reed. My favorite quote is: "Remember,George: No Man is a Failure who has friends."

2. Christmas Shoes (2002)

It stars Rob Lowe and Kimberly Williams. My favorite quote is: "Honey, what's the matter?" "Your heart, I just wanted to see if it was still beating."

3. A Christmas Carol (1951)

It stars Alastair Sim and Kathleen Harrison. My favorite quote is: "I am the ghost of Christmas Present." "You have never seen the likes of me before, nor shall you ever again."

4. Miracle on 34th Street (1947)

It stars Edmund Gwenn and Maureen O'Hara. My favorite quote is: "Faith is believing when common sense tells you not to."

5. White Christmas (1954)

It stars Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney. My favorite quote is: "How do you do?" "Mutual, I'm sure."

6. The Santa Clause (1994)

It stars Tim Allen and Wendy Crewson. My favorite quote is: "Whoa, Dad! you're flying." " It's okay, I lived through the '60's."

7. A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965)

It stars Charlie Brown and the peanuts gang. My favorite quote is: "I never thought it was such a bad little tree." "Maybe it just needs some love."

8. National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989)

It stars Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo. My favorite quote is: "Is your house on fire, Clark?" "No, Aunt Bethany, Those are the Christmas Lights."

9. Muppet Christmas Carol (1992)

It stars Kermit the frog and Ms. Piggy. My favorite quote is: "I fell down the Chimney and landed on a Flaming Hot Goose." "You have all the fun."

10. Elf (2003)

It stars Will Ferrell and Mary Steenburgen. My favorite quote is: "Deb, you have such a pretty face, you should be on a Christmas Card." "Oh, you just made my day."
