While we wait for more "Transformers 4: Age of Extinction" news and photos, Michael Bay thinks he is now as popular as a North Korean dictator because of his embarrassing moment at CES 2014, which may bring in more fans for the already highly anticipated movie.
Everybody loves some juicy news. And we think director Bay knows this. According to TFormers.com, Bay recently told TMZ that his stunt at CES made him "about as popular as North Korea's dictator" and added that attractive ladies were texting him asking him to "cuddle." No doubt this will bring on more fans for his upcoming "Transformers" film. Check out the TMZ video below and see for yourself! In case you missed what happened at the recent Consumer Electronics Show [CES] in Las Vegas, Nevada, let us fill you in. Bay was helping Samsung announce their new Curved 105-inch UHD TV, when all of a sudden he got flustered and couldn't read the teleprompter that was set up for him. He then stormed off the stage in what seemed like frustration.
Shortly after, he wrote a message to his fans on his website. This is what he said: Wow! I just embarrassed myself at CES - I was about to speak for Samsung for this awesome Curved 105-inch UHD TV. I rarely lend my name to any products, but this one is just stellar. I got so excited to talk, that I skipped over the Exec VP's intro line and then the teleprompter got lost. Then the prompter went up and down - then I walked off. I guess live shows aren't my thing. But I'm doing a special curved screen experience with Samsung and Transformers 4 footage that will be traveling around the world.
