The clock has restarted, which can mean only one thing; Jack Bauer will again soon be running around shooting and torturing bad guys all in the name of national security.
Fox has announced that 24: Live Another Day is getting a special two-hour premiere on May 5, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. EST, before reverting back to its regular 9:00 p.m. slot the following week.
Here's the lowdown on the latest adventure for the ass-kicking counter-terrorism operative:
Set and shot in London, the suspenseful event series once again will follow the exploits of heroic agent JACK BAUER (Sutherland), as he attempts to thwart an unthinkable terrorist attack that could change the world forever.
Unlike in previous seasons of the hit show, where every episode was an hour in 'real time' and covered 24 hours, Live Another Day will be a 12-episode run that focuses on the most explosive elements of the story.
It's been four years since we last saw an outing for Bauer so I'm looking forward to seeing him once more break bones and bend the rules.
