The fate of The Dark Tower has been uncertain for some time now, in large part due to Ron Howard's multi-platform approach. However, Aaron Paul was recently interviewed by A/CN about his interest in the film, and this is what he had to say:
"I’ve had a ton of meetings on that. I just had a general sit down with Ron Howard, who is a huge fan of the show, which is such a crazy thing to even think that Ron Howard even knows who I am. They’re definitely planning on making it."
Paul had expressed interest via Twitter about playing Eddie Dean, a drug-addict not unlike Paul's own Jesse Pinkman from Breaking Bad.
Does this perhaps bring hope to the stagnant adaptation? What are your thoughts?
