Yesterday, I published a post about the villain I want to see in the next Spider-Man, so I figured I should visit the other end of the spectrum in the DC Universe. There have been rumors that a Batman villain could still be cast in the upcoming predecessor to Justice League. Here's who I want that villain to be:

Slade Wilson a.k.a. Deathstroke

Enlisting in the U.S. Army at a young age, Wilson was eager to fight. He quickly mastered fighting techniques, including several styles of martial arts and guerrilla warfare. Realizing his talents, the Army chose him for a secret experiment in which they imbued him with enhanced physical powers. He's a mercenary with super strength, enhanced intelligence, a healing ability (similar to Wolverine), and is a master swordsman, marksman, tactician, and hand-to-hand combatant.

Deathstroke might as well be the evil version of Batman himself. The most anyone has seen of him is in T.V. shows, as the main villain in the original Teen Titans animated series, voiced by Ron Perlman, and recently as Oliver Queen's mentor in the CW series, Arrow, where he is portrayed by Manu Bennett.

Personally, I don't think they need to change a thing if they add him to the Man of Steel 2 roster. I'd love to see Manu Bennett back on the big screen in this role.

Do you want to see Deathstroke? Someone else from the Batman/Superman universe? Comment with your thoughts!
