Vin Diesel has a lot on his plate at the moment. He's got Fast and Furious 7, Guardians of the Galaxy, his directorial effort, Hannibal the Conqueror, and the recently announced Riddick 4. With all that going on, it might be tough to remember some of his lesser known projects, like, for example, The Last Witch Hunter.
Vin Diesel has been attached to the Breck Eisner project since last year, but only now are we actually receiving our first sign of life from the fantasy film. Vin Diesel recently went onto Facebook to post up the following image of some of the film's pre-production concept art. Check it out below:
Vin Diesel accompanied the image with a rather enigmatic note. He wrote:
I will fill you all in later… but this meeting went well.
Currently, The Last Witch Hunter is hanging around in limbo. The movie is still awaiting the green-light to begin production, but hopefully, that doesn't sound like it will be the case for much longer.
We do know the story, written by Cory Goodman, involves Vin Diesel as an immortal witch hunter who must partner with his natural enemy, a female witch (and probable love interest) in order to stop the evil New York covens unleashing a plague on humanity.
Although this concept art is hard to see, it looks like The Last Witch Hunter certainly won't scrimp out on the fantasy elements.
