British cult scifi, The Machine, has just released a new clip online. The video, which draws clear inspiration from Blade Runner (with a bit of Nineteen Eighty-Four thrown in for mood measure), shows the awakening of a new AI in a rather sinister environment. Check out the clip below:

Two computer programmers fall in love as they create the first ever piece of self-aware artificial intelligence, which is designed to help humanity. But things go wrong when the MoD steal their breakthrough and teach it to become a robotic weapon.
