This is one of those movies that when people say it's twisted, they mean it's twisted.

The horror flick was a surprise cult classic in the early 80's. The creepy film centers around a shy girl called Angela Baker (Felissa Rose) who went to live with her eccentric Aunt Martha and her cousin Ricky, in the wake of a horrific boating accident that killed her brother and father.

For the summer, Martha decides to send them both to Camp Arawak, a place where they can enjoy the great outdoors. Once they arrive, a series of bizarre and violent incidents begin to claim the lives of various campers. Initially these are all written off as 'accidents'. Will I tell you the rest?

I wont. You'll have to watch it for yourselves.

Now there's a Sleepaway Camp Collector’s Edition Blu-ray, packed with bonus content and interviews, which arrives in the U.S and Canada on May 27. This collector’s edition contains a collectible cover, featuring newly rendered retro-style artwork, and a reversible cover wrap with original theatrical key art.

For all die-hard fans and collectors - those who order Sleepaway Camp Collector’s Edition Blu-ray from ScreamfactoryDVD.com will receive an exclusive 18”x24” poster featuring the newly commissioned artwork.

Good to know.
