Things in Hollywood are always in a constant state of flux: some movies get the greenlight, some don't. Some almost get made - then they get the plug. Between reboots, sequels, yeses, no's and maybes, you can't call it boring. That's why I was especially glad to get my greedy mitts on the latest FOX studio release schedule.

BoxOffice.com released the info via their Twitter account, which gives basic details about the movies FOX will be starting in 2015 and rolling straight through to 2018. Tadaa.

So I've done a bit more fishing around to see what other details we can get on these projects. Here's what I found:

Frankenstein - October 2, 2015

I've heard that this is a 'new take' on Mary Shelley’s classic, gothic novel Frankenstein. Daniel Radcliffe aka Harry Potter will be playing Igor, with James McAvoy playing the doctor himself. Jessica Brown-Findlay (Downton Abbey) also stars.

The Secret Service - October 24, 2014

Mark Millar’s comic book The Secret Service has been adapted by Matthew Vaughn. The script of this upcoming spy movie was adapted by Matthew Vaughn himself and Jane Goldman. The film stars Colin Firth, Taron Egerton, Michael Caine, Samuel L. Jackson and Mark Hamill - and I've EVEN heard Lady Gaga, and Adele make an appearance.

Untitled Fox/ Marvel project - July 13, 2018

Reportedly this as of yet untitled Fox/Marvel film will hit theaters on July 13, 2018. According to the buzz on Twitter, director James Mangold recently revealed that the plan was to shoot the film after X-Men: Apocalypse, which will follow X-Men: Days of Future Past.

Fantastic Four 2 - July 14, 2017

I've read conflicting things about this project. The reboot of Fantastic Four is set to start shooting in April for a release in July 2015, and the sequel of the reboot has been dated for July 14, 2017.

Josh Trank is heading the project, and while his provocative ideas, and unusual casting choices may have been a bit controversial at the studio, it is clear the reboot is going ahead, and its sequel will follow. Watch this space.

Untitled Wolverine Film - March 3, 2017

The next Wolverine movie from director James Mangold is scheduled for 2017, but there are queries about whether Hugh Jackman will return to the role. I mean, WHO ELSE could do it? The man IS Wolverine!

Untitled Ridley Scott Film - March 4, 2016

Word has it that this Ridley Scott project will be about American football. He's going to look at the issue of the recently widely reported long-term effects of concussions among professional football players. Taking much from fact, this will take a look at something that's hugely affecting the NFL. Interesting

Untitled Vince Vaughn film - March 6, 2015

I still couldn't find anything about this movie - its name or what it might be about. All I know is that it's coming out March 6, 2015. Have any of you guys a head's up?
