Following recent confirmations for Jai Courtney, Emilia Clarke and Jason Clarke, the [Terminator: Genesis](movie:34872) cast was rounded off this weekend with the addition of Hunger Games star Dayo Okeniyi.

Okeniyi will play Danny Dyson, the son of Miles Dyson who invented the processor which birthed the A.I. of Skynet in 1991's Terminator 2: Judgement day. As Deadline reports:

In what should be a star-making role, Dayo Okeniyi has been set to star in Terminator: Genesis, the franchise reboot for Skydance Productions and Paramount Pictures. And here is some more good news for fans: they have made first plans to shoot three installments to put this saga to rest. The second and third films will be done back to back over nine months. The first film gets underway shortly in Louisiana.

Okeniyi did a great worried boyfriend next to Bree Larson and Miles Teller in last year's Sundance breakout The Spectacular Now but this is most certainly a different kind of fish. He certainly has the build but the Terminator series has sometimes been rough on it's leading men so lets see how Okeniyi fares when Genesis drops next year.
