It’s time to wave goodbye to David Duchovny’s 7-season stint as Hank Moody, an author who gets more action than even the real-life Duchovny. For those of us fans of his earlier work, such as The X-Files, or maybe even Beethoven, we’ll finally get to see him in a darker role again.
NBC has never shied away from violent shows, Hannibal being just one example. It now plans now to give Duchovny a 13-episode role as a detective hunting down the infamous hippie cult leader Charles Manson.
If we’re lucky, maybe we’ll get to see our beloved Mulder in some hilarious 70’s get ups!
