On the Disney Channel show "Good Luck Charlie" there is a first ever lesbian couple. when charlie has a play date with her friend the parents (bob and Amy Duncan) find that charlies friend has 2 moms and no dad.
"A spokesperson for the network said the episode was “developed to be relevant to kids and families around the world and to reflect themes of diversity and inclusiveness.”
The organization posted on its website, “Just because something may be legal or because some are choosing a lifestyle doesn’t make it morally correct. Disney should stick to entertaining instead of pushing an agenda. Disney decided to be politically correct versus providing family-friendly programming.”
Yes but don't you think that the show should be reality?? This is the way life is and why try to hide it? People can express themselves for who they are not who they think they should be.
And they don't say much about it in the episode, so why go all viral about it? "Taylor has 2 moms" the dad says (not in a negative tone)"Wow nothing gets past you Bob" (says the mom sarcastically) and then they go on with the episode. So: there is nothing inappropriate about it.
