Matt Gerald, who just recently started as 'White power Dave' in ALL HAIL THE KING (the extra mini-film included with [Thor: The Dark World](movie:206462); has been confirmed as added to the cast of next year's ANT-MAN movie.

Joining Michael Douglas, Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lily, Patrick Wilson and, possibly Corey Stoll, Gerald will be playing "one of the bad guys" of the film. That's about as vague as it gets, True Believers!

BUT will 'White Power Dave' be making a comeback in the [Ant-Man](movie:9048) movie? As far as we know, Dave is not a part of the Marvel comics universe and was created for the one shot with the Mandarin. On top of this, Michael Pena has been cast to play the villain Castillo, a character that is ALSO not part of the comic book mythology. What is Edgar Wright playing at here? Is he creating a whole little pocket of his own in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Will we see any actual villains from the cannon of millions of Marvel baddies?

Hard to tell at this point. The question is 'Do we TRUST Edgar Wright?'

Would it be better to introduce new villains in the Ant-man movie or drop back on the tried and true Marvel Bad Guys?
