The Easter Eggs in Captain America: The Winter Soldier are pretty nifty. Stan Lee’s usual walk-on appearance. Good guys in other Marvel movies going bad in this one. The crossover cameos from Community that homage the Russo brothers last big directing gig. The Pulp Fiction Ezekiel 25:17 reference. Alexander Pierce/Robert Redford’s refrigerator being stocked with Newman’s Own spaghetti sauce.

For the most part they can be slowed down and watched frozen when the DVD version is released. To see completely the one truly nifty Easter Egg will require visits to 6 continents and over 11 countries. Captain America’s/Steve Rogers to do list of things to catch on from the past 50 years or so changes depending on which nation you are viewing the Captain America experience at. Each one is tailored to resonate with the zeitgeist and culture of that particular country.
