The Age of the SuperHero is now!!!

Well Spider-Man for the longest time, since I was about 3-years old has been my favorite superhero more than any other character to hit the ink on those illustrious smooth pages. Today I countdown the top ten villains that I think need some silver screen time and in whatever capacity would make a great impact on the film Universe.

1.Carnage

Carnage
Carnage

Well the first choice is a no-brainer really!!! Carnage is if anything just as great if not more wanted in the films as Venom granted his outing int he films needs a reboot undoubtedly but Carnage has yet to grace us with his already Psychotic and Psychopathic nature. This is not a bio page if you want to know more about Mr. Carnage please research him and open your world to the many reasons why he needs to be in the movies. Besides green goblin I believe Carnage is the closest thing we have to a "Batman-to-Joker" syndrome in the comics of which Carnage fits perfectly as he is as intelligent as he is fierce.

2. Kingpin

Kingpin always scratches my head as to why they have not introduced him into the Spider-Man universe as he works so well within the scope of the Sinister Six and the perfect behind the shadows/orchestrator for all of Spiderman ordeals with his many villians. Granted yes as much as many people disagree with the movie Daredevil and what it did for Marvel, I still believe Michael Clark Duncan did a commendable job and actually was in my opinion of a Kingpin worthy of joining a real Marvel Universe.

3. Kraven the Hunter

If Kraven the Hunter has no influence either through the sinister six or some other variations in the movies I will be very disappointed. How else can Spidey really meat his true match if not through the cunning and mastery of a master hunter who has yet too have met his match in terms of worthy prey? Kraven is a must for die hard fans of the comics and was awesome in the 90's cartoon. The best thing is is he is usually just a pretty normal guy with slightly heightened instincts. Maybe him Wolverine and Spidey could have some future crossover love, would be epic!

4. Scorpion

The Scorpion

Scorpion will definitely be a candidate worthy of the inister six but also could very well carry a movie all by his lonesome one on one with the ol'web head. Think back to your jr.high Biology lessons and you will remember the simple fact that Scorpions hunt and eat spiders one of their most favorite pray! So to illustrate that to a big screen with two humanoid freak going at it there are sure to be some jumps and scares worthy of a theater audience. I am almost certain he will be making a sinister six appearance and if not... damn shame. Although for most fans he that may not be the biggest disappointment in the history of the films.

5. Morlun

Now although not part of the classic gallery of Spidey's villains, I believe this is like superman's Doomsday the only person have the ability to actually kill spider man. Possessing the Dna of almost every living creature on earth Morlun is a force to be reckoned with and a nightmare for peter parker. This alone could be a 2 movie story arc with many individuals getting in the mix. He tormented Spider-Man by stalking him – toying with his Spider-Sense in the process – before eventually attacking him (punching him with what Spider-Man described as the hardest punch he’d ever been hit with). After this first encounter, following their physical contact, Morlun told Spider-Man that he would now be able to find him wherever he went and that he would eventually kill him.

What are your thoughts and your top 5? I am sure I have either missed some fan favorites or stirred up a little controversy. Lets see what ya think!?
