Ken Marino (Children’s Hospital, Veronica Mars) is set to join the upcoming adaptation of R.L Stine’s Goosebumps. Deadline reports that Marino will play Coach Carr, a blowhard coach at Greendale High School.

Dylan Minnette (Prisoners) will play a teen named Zach Cooper, who must save his new town from ghouls that were created by his mysterious creepy neighbor, R.L. Stine (Jack Black). Amy Ryan (Gone Baby Gone), Jilian Bell (Workaholics), and Odeya Rush have recently joined the cast of the film. Rush will play Hannah, Minette's niece who will help battle against Stine's ghouls. Ryan will play the mother of our protagonist, while Bell will portray his ditzy aunt.

Sony Pictures will release Goosebumps in 2016, with Rob Letterman (Gulliver's Travels) attached to direct and Neal H. Moritz producing.
