I know I'm not the first to say or think this so I'm just going to say it fast.

Well then *clears throat*

I'm not dissing DC, I love DC. However, I don't think they make good movies and I'll to you why. Unlike Marvel, DC owns the rights to a huge majority of their characters which they can use in film. They have so many people to chose from such as; Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, Cyborg, Aquaman, Captain Atom, Flash, Martian Manhunter and Zatana. So with that being said, why does it seem like we only see Superman and Batman on the big screen? I get that the "World's Finest" are two of the most famous comic characters in history, but come one DC, let some of the other guys get some shine.

I can't tell you how excited I was when it was first announced that Green Lantern was getting his own movie. Even though the film was a pretty big let down, I still love the fact DC tried to change it up for a bit. DC has so much potential with their movies. Honestly, if DC took the time with developing movies such as Flash and Aquaman, they could make a pretty awesome movie. My biggest problem with DC is how they rush. The Dark Knight trilogy ended in the middle of 2012, by the middle of 2013 it was already announced that Batman was being rebooted for a Justice League franchise. WTF? Batman is my all time favorite character but seriously. It was way too fast in my opinion. DC is so worried on how they can compete with the Marvel Cinematic Universe that they're just setting their selves up for failure. DC be patient, give the fans what they want, not what you think they want. Give us a good and new movie. Please.

Also. I just want to point out that DC has a total of 25 live action films (not including imprint companies) and out of those 25, 18 are Superman and Batman related movies.

Let me know what you think in the comments below.
