In a previous article, I stated that I wasn't going to attempt to predict how the various storylines would play out in the Season 5 premiere, even though I was constantly thinking about possible outcomes for the various storylines. Even though I still stand by that statement, I have decided to share my "Possible Scenario's" for Season 5. Just understand that these are not predictions. They are merely speculations from my over-active brain.
Before I start, I have noticed a lot of comments, questions, predictions, etc., concerning Carl's future. In an interview with TV Guide, Robert Kirkman had this to say....
Carl's dire situation will give him the opportunity to see if he truly is the monster he fears he's becoming. "Carl [is] in a pretty bad position locked in this train car at the mercy of other people, and that could lead to him being tested in other big ways," executive producer Robert Kirkman says. "There's a lot of changes left for that kid to go through."
I don't know about anyone else, but it sounds to me that Carl looks pretty safe for the time being. I envision Carl and Judith becoming a Brother/Sister team that you do not MESS with. They will bring new meaning to the phrase, "Deadly Duo"
Possible Scenario #1
Carol, Tyreese and baby Judith are approaching Terminus and witness the attack on Rick and company. They wait for nightfall and Tyreese sneaks in and frees the group from the boxcar. After an emotional reunion with Carol and Judith, Rick recovers the buried weapons and plans retribution against Terminus.
Possible Scenario #2
Carl, Michonne or Daryl have concealed a weapon. My money's on Carl, who has a weapon concealed under the stetson. They wait for nightfall, escape from the boxcar and take out the Termite night guards. Rick remembers the calls for help from another boxcar, so they find it and free the occupants....who turn out to be Carol, Tyreese and Beth. After a brief, emotional reunion, Tyreese tells Rick and Carl that Judith is alive and well, but Gareth and Mary took her. They don't know where she is. They regroup in the woods where Rick buried the weapons and make a plan to rescue Judith. Rick looks at Carl and says, "Lets go get your sister."
Possible Scenario #3
When a Termite guard brings the prisoners some powdered milk and water, Rosita is waiting at the door to receive them. As she bends forward to take the supplies, the guard's eyes are averted by Rosita's glorious cleavage. He smiles lewdly as Rosita leans closer, her breasts, inches from the guards face. Suddenly, with lightening speed, Rosita places her hands on both sides of the guards head, and with a sudden, violent twist of her hands....breaks his neck. Abraham leans over and kisses her on the forehead, "Thats my girl," he whispers. The group leaves the boxcar after Rick, Daryl, Michonne and Abraham silently put down the remaining night guards. They regroup in the woods where Rick buried the weapons and plan their next course of action. Rick is still adamant about the rescue of the other captives being a top priority.
Possible Scenario #4
Later in the evening, while Rick is palavering with the group about escape plans, the boxcar door slowly opens and a figure walks in. The figure tells the group to be quiet and looks at Rick. Rick's eyes widen in shock and surprise. Its Morgan. Morgan was accepted into the Terminus ranks for reasons he hasn't figured out yet. He quickly deduced that something isn't right with Terminus, so he's been biding his time, thinking about what he was going to do. After seeing Rick and company arrive, and witnessing the subsequent attack and imprisonment of them, he knows what he has to do. The group escapes Terminus with the help of Morgan and again, regroup in the woods where Rick has buried the weapons. During the course of the discussion about the groups next course of action, Morgan tells them about the other captives in the boxcar. A big, black man, a woman and a young teenage girl. Rick, Daryl, Carl, Michonne, Glen and Maggie all exchange glances. Rick looks at the group with a icy stare. "Ok," he says. "We go in...
