Mark Ruffalo may have won over Marvel fans with his portrayal of Bruce Banner, but did you know when things really start kicking off, Marvel call in an expert to bring the Hulk to life? That's right, the original actor of the 1970s television show, Lou Ferrigno, dubbed the various grunts and growls created by the Hulk when he's in rampage mode.

Actually, it's a gig Ferrigno has been cashing in on for some years. He also provided the 'voice' of The Hulk in Hulk, The Incredible Hulk and the 1990's animated show of the same name. Now, Nuke The Fridge are reporting that Ferrigno will also be returning for [The Avengers: Age Of Ultron](movie:293035). Marvel hasn't released any official word, but apparently NTF grabbed the scoop at the recent WonderCon in Anaheim.

This probably isn't terribly surprising news to most, but I suppose it does confirm The Hulk will be smashing up some stuff in the Avengers sequel. Again, not terribly surprising, that is kind of his whole 'thing' after all.

Did you know the original The Incredible Hulk actor was still involved with the character? Let us know below.
