Kellen Lutz? More like Kellen Lotz of Exercise. The Twilight and Legend of Hercules star recently revealed what it is which gives him such a muscly physique. As you can probably guess, it's a combination of lots of exercise and a healthy diet.

Lutz is one of the latest stars to advocate the paleo diet, a relatively new diet regime which, ironically, apes the nutrient intake of our ancient ancestors. The paleo diet emphasizes high-quality animal proteins, fats, vegetables and fruits, and excludes gluten, sugar, dairy, legumes, starches, alcohol and processed foods - basically all the good stuff. He told

I adopted the Paleo diet. It helped me because I had tons of energy. It made me even more healthy and able to stay sick-free and push, because I pushed myself quite a bit. I ate a lot of proteins but it was really hard deleting the candy from my system because I love candy. You really just notice that your body will adjust, and you feel healthier.

With all that extra energy, he can apparently do a whole heap of exercise. He told Daybreak:

I have a healthy, active lifestyle, and a lot of the hotels I stay at don’t have gym facilities. So I like to get active on the airplane. I get a bit fidgety, so I’ve created a couple of workout devices just to help with the training. I'm an action junkie at heart. I love pushing myself to the limit. I love mixed martial arts, weapons training, guns, knives, driving fast cars, and motorcycles. I love it all.

Wow. Who'd have guessed eating healthily and exercising could be good for you?
