Justice League has officially hired their director Zack Snyder to helm the film. Now, leaked information has surfaced that Justice League has a confirmed release date for May 5th, 2017. With the announcement of so many iconic Justice League superheroes starring in Batman vs Superman, which will also be directed by Zack Snyder, and the Batman vs Superman being called a "Mini Justice League", its only logical for the JL movie to be coming right after the film.

So far, we already have a Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, and Lex Luthor cast for [Batman vs. Superman](movie:711870), with TV show for Green Arrow already highly successful and [The Flash](movie:15273) TV show fully into the filming stage of the production. Out of the main cast of Justice League characters, this leaves Aquaman, Martian Manhunter, and Green Lantern left to cast (if they decide to stick to the main roster).

The biggest question is whether or not Warner Brothers can hook people on to see the film without having more solo movies behind them to secure the success of the ensemble. Though it's argued that Marvel's Cinematic Universe "isn't the only way" to create a successful movie universe, it does open itself up to much more critical bashing of having portrayed multiple characters poorly rather than with multiple solo films where they can only criticize one character at a time.

What do you think? Are they rushing this [Justice League](movie:401267) film along too quickly?
