Recently, fans of every Avengers actor have been badgering them to death with any kind of information they could tell us about the upcoming Age of Ultron movie. However, someone actually got a response from none other than Hulk extraordinare Mark Ruffalo! When asked if he could tell us anything about the film, here's what he told us:
Well, I have been working with the great @AndySerkis on the big green boy and he is going to be even better
For those who don't know, Andy Serkis is the genius behind Gollum from Lord of the Rings, King Kong from that movie... what's it called? Oh yeah, King Kong, and most recently behind Caesar from the Planet of the Apes films.
It's unclear whether this means Serkis has been giving him helpful advice for the part, working with him one on one, or even taking on the mocap CGI suit to embody the Hulk himself. This also brings up another question: Is Andy Serkis actually part of the film's cast? It would definitely be odd for him simply to go on set for the film pirely to help Ruffalo, especially without being paid.
Though James Spader has indeed been cast as Ultron voice, and Kevin Feige has confirmed he may also be used for part of the CGI production, there's definitely a chance Serkis has been hired to do some of the action in his place.
Speaking of CGI, reports have come in that Scarlett Johansson will now be wearing a green screen band around her abdominals in order to edit out her newly appearing baby belly because of her recently announced pregnancy.
What do you think? Is Andy Serkis going to be Ultron?
