The Walking Dead star Josh McDermitt, who plays the mulleted Eugene on the zompocalypse drama, made a surprise cameo appearance on Sunday's episode of Mad Men - although sadly his iconic hair-style was not present.

So having himself made the crossover between AMC dramas, who, of those suave 60s ad guys on Mad Men, does McDermitt think would be most adept to survive the zombie apocalypse?

I’ll just say right away, Pete Campbell would be the first to die! I would think Peggy would fare best. If you’ve watched her character’s trajectory throughout the entire series, she adapts and she changes, which is really what you would need to survive in a zombie apocalypse. It’s not business as usual. You have to change the way you do things to figure out how you’re going to survive… Although I’d love to have Roger there because he cracks me up.

Watching Pete Campbell trying to squirm his way out of a zombie attack would be seriously entertaining.

Let's flip the question: which [The Walking Dead](series:201193) character would be most suited to an advertising job on Madison Avenue?

That’s a good question. I would think Michonne would work really well. What little we know about her past life, she seemed to be kind of buttoned-down. She would work well in an office, I would think, as long as she doesn’t bring her sword.

And now that Beth's got a taste for post-apocalyptic moonshine, I think she could more than hold her own next to Don Draper and the big boozers over at Sterling Cooper & Partners.

Question of the day: Who would you rather have a drink with? Daryl Dixon or Don Draper?

Who would you like to get drunk with?
