Emma Stone met her match as Gwen Stacy with Dane DeHaan's Green Goblin, but that doesn't mean she isn't in awe other comic villains. I recently chatted with Emma Stone about being in a comic movie and how it compares to her other work. Unsurprisingly, she treats her work in [The Amazing Spider-Man 2](movie:508593) seriously, but it also gave her an opportunity to fangirl out talking about this guy:

The more realistic characters are, the more you're sucked into the world and the more believable it is. Like, Heath Ledger as the Joker. I feel like a real person could turn into that man. He's so twisted and so human. There's something so terrifying about how human he was. That's always been inspiring to me in movies like that, where you're really like, damn, we're in an alternate universe and yet I can feel everything you're feeling.

Could Emma Stone be more right?
