That's right, Green Lantern could be part of the Arrow/The Flash universe! If you haven't seen the extended trailer for ‘The Flash’ which is set to debut this fall on the CW you should watch it first.

You may or may not have seen the split second blip of the sign for Ferris Air when they are testing Barry’s new abilities. It looked like this:

I’m thinking that this is pretty awesome. For those of you that may not know, Ferris Air is the company owned by the Ferris family from the Green Lantern world. Carol Ferris is the boss and on again/off again love interest of Hal Jordan (played by Blake Lively in the 2011 Green Lantern movie).

How is this going to work? I’m not sure, but those that are familiar with the comics know that Green Lantern and Green Arrow are teamed up a lot, so it makes sense. I’ve heard people say that Green Lantern won’t work in the tv universe because the SFX/CGI budget of a television show just isn’t big enough to do it, but from the looks of the trailer there’s some pretty good CGI going on with [The Flash](movie:15273).

Or, could this mean that the television universe is going to ultimately link up with the Man of Steel -Superman/Batman universe. Keep in mind that the name Ferris was also teased at the end of Man of Steel. Oh, the speculation.

What do you think? Will GL be in the TV universe or is it all going to join together? Let me know in the comments below.
