Unrealized Thoughts

I know I will get a lot of hate for this article, but that's what the internet is for right... complaining and porn. Anyway, let's get to the task at hand, why the Avengers movie was made in the first place. This article will be a short one because many people usually read chunks, but not the whole thing and it really shows in the comments (doesn't happen all the time though.)

A big factor that played in the making of Avengers was this...

Limited Resources

Yup, simply put. You all know that X-Men and Fantastic Four are owned by Fox and Spiderman by Sony. Now think about this... in X-Men, who is their most profitable character that Fox tried really hard to endorse... WOLVERINE!!! Sony is obviously. I can also say the Fantastic Four, but honestly it isn't doing good. All Marvel had was what they had left and by tweaking the story, they were successful.

Now, what if they actually did have all the rights to their characters in the first place? My guess is that X-Men and Spiderman would have still been the frontrunner for Marvel Movies. We probably wouldn't be getting that many movies with so many other characters. Technically I can say that about Iron Man because there was already 3 movies.

How I think about this is with their properties being taken from them, they were put in a spot where they had to think creatively. Marvel was forced to adapt. Another reason why the Avenger made it to the big screen is because Disney has a "hands off" type of policy, so they let Marvel do what they wanted.

What do you think? Leave a comment below. This is a theory that I came up with, so I'll do more articles like this.
