Nothing better than a movie or television show that completely takes me out of reality.

The Tick was a short lived sitcom on Fox based on the comicbook with the same name.

Starring Patrick Warburton, and David Burke.

The show ran from November 8th, 2001 to January 31st, 2002.

You can view the entire series on Netflix or Hulu plus.

The show only lasted 9 Hilarious episodes.

Many would say that the shows failure was just based on timing. Their was not alot of attention being given to the superhero genre back in 2001.

With the box office mainly being taken over by this genre now It would be safe to say this show would have made it with this new audience.

With the success of Smallville, Arrow, and the upcoming Gotham and Flash television series, wouldn't it be nice to see a superhero sitcom that will make you laugh and not do a whole lot of thinking. A show where you can just sit back, enjoy and watch Jeff Bingham (Rules Of Engagement) dance around on the roof tops.

Would The Tick television series have worked for this generation?
