When we last seen the supervillain 'Thanos' it was in the post-credits scene of 2012's Marvel's The Avengers. Since then, fans of Marvel have been wondering when the titan, hailing from Saturn's moon of Titan, would show up again! Well, wait no more, because he has resurfaced and this time with something deadly.

His next major appearance won't be in live action but animation. USA Today revealed that Thanos will be appearing in this Sunday's episode of Marvels Avengers Assemble, coming into possession of the Tesseract alongside the Cosmic Skull. The magnitude of this weapon in the wrong hands spells disaster for earth, and the Iron-Man lead Avengers have to consider teaming up with the rest of the Skull's Cabal, a group of villains that includes M.O.D.O.K., Attuma and others to stop him. Check out the trailer below!

The cosmic villain Thanos will make his grand debut on the May 25 episode of "Marvel's Avengers Assemble". The episode will premiere Sunday at 9 a.m. ET on Disney XD.
