Henry Cavill is a talented man. He can act, he can make us believe that a man can fly, and he can pull off a Superman suit better than most men living.
The [Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice](movie:711870) star is also, however, a man very aware of his own limitations. He is, after all, the younger brother of a decorated British Royal Marine, Nick Cavill. It's perhaps unsurprising, then, to see him speak about the 350th anniversary of the Royal Marines founding in 1664, and the extraordinary length some marines are going to to celebrate it.
The video sees Cavill discuss the charitable efforts of the Marines - as they ski, sail, cycle and now run 1,664km. That's 1,664km for each, not in total. And six marines are doing all four. Plus a short 120km canoe trip across the English Channel.
Combine just how remarkable that feat is with Cavill's cut glass English accent and obvious emotional investment, and you have a video that's super-touching. You can check it out below.
