Earlier this month, when Lou Ferrigno, (former Hulk TV star and Hulk sound effect voice for blockbuster Marvel's The Avengers and upcoming Marvel's [The Avengers: Age Of Ultron](movie:293035) ), reported that a Hulk solo film would be coming to theaters as a Marvel Studios phase 3 film, the internet was abuzz with all the hype and joy, although many reports suggested that Ferrigno isn't too much of a credible source.

When asked on Mark Ruffalo's Tumblr, "Is it true that there is going to be a hulk movie in Marvel phase 3 called The Indestructible?", Mark Ruffalo responded:

I haven’t heard anything about that.

Ruffalo went on to claim in another response:

I would really like there to one day be a Hulk movie but it has to be just right.

So it seems as though the Hulk won't be getting a solo film after all, unless by some chance the star of the movie hadn't been informed of his upcoming movie, which believe it or not has indeed happened in the past before when Avengers stars were unaware of the official title being announced for Avengers 2: Age of Ultron (though they were aware that they'd be part of Avengers 2 so I guess it hasn't happened after all).

Unfortunately, with the wording of the question, Mark Ruffalo could easily say he's told the truth by saying he hasn't heard anything about the movie being called "The Indestructible Hulk", while he secretly knows about plans for a Marvel Studios Hulk solo film for Marvel's phase 3 after all.

What do you think? Is this really confirmation that there aren't plans for a Hulk solo movie in Marvel's Phase 3? Tell me what you think!
