Nina Dobrev is making the most of her time off The Vampire Diaries set, but her idea of relaxing is just a little more athletic than mine!
Whereas I'm sure most of us would be merrily sunbathing on the boardwalk listening to our ipods and eating chips, Dobrev is bending herself into impossible poses in an impressive yoga work out.

Is it just me, or is anyone else suddenly incredibly inspired to get fit?! Nina looks so strong and graceful. Not to mention the fact that yoga looks so much more appealing in the outdoors than in a sweaty incense filled room full of grunting bodies!
It is no secret that Dobrev is a yoga fanatic, in fact, she is so head-over-heels in love with the ancient art that she even considered opening her own yoga school. [The Vampire Diaries](series:200853) actress told Cosmopolitan Magazine that;
I want to open my own yoga studio. Yoga changed my life. Hopefully it will do that for others
So, what do you have to do to look as amazing as Nina? A lot, apparently. The star does yoga 3 or 4 times a week along with surfing, rock climbing and running to keep herself fit and active. Oh, and she was also a former competitive rhythmic gymnast!
On a brighter note, Nina Dobrev is totally down on dieting to look good and she believes that an active lifestyle is the answer. The [Let's Be Cops](movie:885786) actress explained that;
People who are confident, happy, enthusiastic, vivacious and vibrant are the ones other people are generally attracted to. You’re not drawn to the person in the corner of the room counting calories with her shoulders slumped over
