Please excuse my (supposed) bait trapping article name, as some people are illogically putting it. There was no easter egg or confirmation of a Deadpool movie in X-Men: Days Of Future Past. (If that is what you were expecting, then maybe this article isn't for you. However. If you are willing to do some discussion on speculation, then read on.)
There were some elements in the movie that pave the way for the possibility of a Deadpool movie.
Hear me out (Spoiler Ahead)
At the end of DoFP, we see William Stryker find past Wolverine in the water unconscious. But we soon find out it isn't really Stryker, but Mystique in disguise. Now from what we can gather from DoFP, Mystique's drive to save mutants from human harm (Further proven by her actions in Vietnam, saving Mutants like Havok) is reason enough to believe that she may prevent Wolverine from being experimented on in the new timeline. Thus losing his adamantium skeleton (Unrelated. But in the comics, Apocalypse gives Wolverine his adamantium claws when Wolverine becomes Death, one of the Four Horsemen. Which is likely to happen in the [X-Men: Apocalypse](movie:1194267) sequel. Just pointing that out there for Wolverine fanboys so they aren't upset about an adamantium-less Wolverine. Source: Wolverine: Vol.2 #145).
What this subsequently changes though is the entire X-Men Origins: Wolverine film, since it is part of the original cinematic timeline which has been more or less ousted. This means Wade Wilson (Deadpool) is probably not going to be experimented on either and become the hideous Weapon XI that pretty much nobody liked. Setting up this new timeline, and assuming they capitalize on the changes they have made, does this indirectly mean they are finally preparing for a faithful Deadpool movie?
Later Update: I'm aware that Deadpool gets his healing factor from Wolverine's experiments, and is counter productive to my theory. Show me one comic book movie that is 100% faithful and carbon copy to the source material, and I will agree with you whole heartily.

Please keep in mind:
- Rob Liefeld has spoken about Deadpool appearing in the upcoming X-Force film. But this doesn't mean a solo film is out of the question.
- A script has been made by Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese.
- VFX artist Tim Miller was hired to make his directing debut on the movie.
- And both Ryan Reynolds and Tim Miller said that the film is close to being green-lit.
None of this is a 100% confirmation that the film is coming, but one can't help but read within the context and convince themselves that it is indeed coming. And [X-Men: Days Of Future Past](movie:203942) definitely added more fuel to the fire. We all await the day when the article pops up on the internet confirming [Deadpool](movie:38663) to be 100% on board.
