The Mad Titan speaks!

Not long ago, it was revealed that Josh Brolin will lend his voice to Thanos in both Joss Whedon's The Avengers: Age of Ultron and James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy, as Marvel works its way towards a showdown between Earth's Mightiest Heroes and the Mad Titan himself.

However, depite Brolin taking over as Thanos, Jarhead actor Damion Poitier will still be known as the actor to first play Thanos in the amazing and now-iconic post-credits in Marvel's The Avengers. Discussing the experience during a recent interview, Poitier revealed:

I found out when I was in the makeup chair what I was doing. They kept it super quiet because they didn't wanna put any spoilers out. So they kept it super quiet what I was doing, and I didn't found out until they were casting my face to do the sculpt. I thought I was Kl'rt. I thought I was gonna be the Super Skrull, because the whole rumor was that the Skrulls were going to be in Avengers.

Super Skrull would've been nice, but I enjoyed what we got. Personally, I still think that if Brolin is doing the voice of Thanos, then Poitier should still be doing the mo-cap work. His Thanos looked fantastic...
