Attention, all of you aspiring superheroes out there - and you regular everyday heroes too! Disney and Guardians of the Galaxy have teamed up for a mission that's completely out of the ordinary - and they need your help.

The newly announced Guardians of Good contest is designed to connect the everyday heroes that so many of you out there already are with 'super'-hero peer guides - Professor X's to your X-Men - in order to make the extraordinary things that you guys do for your communities and peers all the more effective.

Whether that's through service, science or innovation (so you're all included Cap, Tony and Spidey) all you have to do is submit a video - no radioactive spiders necessary.

Even better, the lucky final few selected after the training process will receive a pair of round-trip tickets to Hollywood, a red-carpet arrival to the Guardians of the Galaxy premiere, and a special screening of the film in their hometown...

If you're interested, you can find out specific entrance requirements and application details right here.

[Guardians of the Galaxy](movie:424073) is set for release August 1, 2014.
