Recently, I posted the 5 Best Chick Flicks for Guys. Here is another list of great chick flicks worth catching. A couple of them are the same because there are really only so many "good" chick flicks to go around.

1. Waitress (2007)

Who would have thought a movie about a waitress could be so entertaining? Keri Russell plays a waitress who is trying to escape the clutch of her redneck husband after she discovers she is pregnant. Did I mention she makes delicious pies? Andy Griffith has a great role, as well.

2. 500 Days of Summer (2009)

I've recommended 500 Days of Summer before. And, I'll do it again. Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays a young man who falls for Zooey Deschanel. If you haven't seen it I won't spoil the twist ending.

3. Rachel Getting Married (2008)

This is a heavy one about a wedding. Yep, you guessed it, Rachel is getting married. Although, Anne Hathaway doesn't play Rachel. She plays her "crazy" little sister. And, she hates weddings.

2. The Notebook (2004)

The Notebook is so deliciously sappy in so many ways I can't help but include. I don't care if Ryan Goslings teeth are really, really white or Rachel McAdams southern accent is really bad.

1. Sleepless In Seattle (1993)

What isn't to love about Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan? This is a great, great timeless love story about two people that are destined to meet. Did I write great and timeless love-story in the same sentence. Maybe I am watching too many of these chick flicks.

I have more to say about this flick here.

Wait, did a dude write all this?
