Now, very few of you have been probably wondering where I have been. Well I promised myself that I will not write another Moviepilot article until I have seen ever superhero movie and have gain a lot of knowledge from them. I finished my task just yesterday and was thinking what I should do. And here is what I thought! So before you read this I want you all to know that this is just my opinion, so lets not start a huge fight in the comments. Also that I have watched these movies and didn't just look them up on wiki and read the summary. And I did not copy another Top 10 list from anyone else, this is all original and made by me!

Each movie will include a summary of the movie and why I think it is the certain number I gave it. Note: I will try not to use to many spoilers, but just in case, SPOILER ALERT!

Number 10: Spider-Man 2 (2004)

The movie that made Sam Raimi a king! After the events of Spider-Man, this movie is set on the fact that Peter Parker is losing his power. He is also finding the struggles of a double life and how he can't maintain friendships and his school work. Then along comes a Doc Ock, making Spidey chose whether he should be Spider-Man or Peter Parker. This movie grossed over $783,766,341 and got a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes making it both critically and financially successful! But why is it number 10?

If you want a superhero movie with TONS of action, drama and some intense moments, look no further than Spider-Man 2. What made this movie special to me is Alfred Molina portrayal of Doctor Octopus. It is going to be very hard for the next Doc Ock to top Molina's performance. And the ending is a great setup for a third movie (but that didn't work out so well). Overall it was excellent.

Number 9: Captain America: The Winter Solider (2014)

Some of you may of not seen this yet since it is still in theaters, but I'm telling you now to GO SEE IT! Arguably the best MCU movie to date, Captain America: The Winter Soldier is the sequel to both The First Avenger and The Avengers. It depicts the struggle of Cap in modern time and the struggle of fighting off Hydra from taking over S.H.I.E.L.D. The film grossed over $710,334,467 and got a 89% on Rotten Tomatoes. But why is it number 9?

In my opinion, this film was so action packed, it made me soil my pants in excitement and suspension. This film made my eyes glued to the screen the whole time due to the action and story line. Also, tons of Easter Eggs made you not want to miss anything in the movie. This was a fantastic movie that will go down as a classic!

Number 8: X-Men: First Class (2011)

This might come as a shock for some of you. Since the X-Men trilogy was over and X-Men Origins: Wolverine was made, they thought it was time to show the origins of Professor X and Magneto. This film centers around the friendship of Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr and the formation of the first X-Men team. The group of mutants have to fight a dangerous mutant Sebastian Shaw, while trying to make peace with the governments of the world that mutants are not all dangerous. This film grossed $353,624,124 and got a 87% on Rotten Tomatoes. But why is it number 8?

Probably because I had low expectations for this movie. I had the feeling of it being similar to X-Men Origins, but it certainly proved me wrong. This film blew me out of the water with it's incredible acting and chemistry between James McAvoy and Micheal Fassbender. With tons of action and a incredible ending, this film deserves to be number 8. Plus it has Jennifer Lawrence in it.....and who doesn't love her!

Number 7: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014)

Again, probably another shocker for you. This film made us believe that Andrew Garfield is really Spider-Man! After the events of the Amazing Spider-Man, Peter is still struggling with his relationship with Gwen and the quest to find answers about his parents. With new villains like Electro, Green Goblin and Rhino all coming from OsCorp, Peter must fight his greatest battles for the answers he is looking for. This film grossed over $700,314,221 and got a sad 53% on Rotten Tomatoes. But why is it number 7?

The Ending. Just the last 15 minutes of the movie are just pure gold! With the death of "somebody" and a set up of the Sinister Six, it made me nerdgasim all day long! The chemistry between Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone is outstanding and in my opinion, they did a good job not polluting the movie with too many villains like Spider-Man 3. They spaced out the villains pretty good for my liking's! People either loved the movie or hated it, I was one that really loved it! This movie was outstanding for me and I can't wait for it to come out on DVD!

Number 6: The Dark Knight Rises (2012)

The grand daddy ending of them all. The Dark Knight Rises takes place 8 years after the events of the Dark Knight. Crime has been at an all time low in Gotham until a terrorist named Bane comes from nowhere forcing Batman to come out of retirement. But what Batman doesn't know is this opponent, isn't like anything he has faced. This film grossed over $1,084,400,000 and got an 88% on Rotten Tomatoes. But why is it number 6?

Again the ending. I went to go see this movie when it first came out and when it ended, people in the theater literally started chanting "Thank you Nolan". The ending almost made me cry it was so damn good! Not to mention Tom Hardy as Bane was incredible. And the fact that Robin was secretly in the movie and so was Deadshot and Killer Croc (kinda). It all just blew me away.

Number 5: Kick-Ass (2010)

Maybe another shocker for everyone! When a comic book nerd has a dream and wants to be a superhero, he is granted that dream. David Lizewski is given metal plates all in his body due to an almost fatal car crash. He then realizes he can't feel pain and becomes the unskilled hero Kick-Ass. He meets other superheroes on the way, Hit-Girl, Big Daddy, and Red Mist. They all must come together to take down Rasul, a crime leader who is the father of Red Mist. This film grossed over $96,188,903 and got an 77% on Rotten Tomatoes. But why is it number 5?

Because its the R-rated superhero film we all have been craving! With plenty of blood, cursing, sex and brutal action, Kick-Ass really did kick-ass! It felt very original and it delivered it in an awesome way! This film really deserves to be one of the best of all time!

Number 4: The Avengers (2012)

Rated the greatest of all time on my Pollurnament The Greatest Superhero movie of all time, this is the movie that gave Marvel Hollywood gold! Acting as sequels to Iron Man 2, Captain America: The First Avenger, The Incredible Hulk and Thor, this centers around Thor's brother Loki trying to find a throne to sit on. Loki chooses Earth to rule and Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Captain America, Hawkeye, Black Widow and Nick Fury must team up to take down a foreign enemy. This film grossed over $1,518,594,910 and got an 92% on Rotten Tomatoes. But why is it number 4 and not number 1?

Don't get me wrong this movie was great. Between the action and characters, but I thought it was lacking a very strong story. But it lived up to my expectations and will go down as one of the best in world in my view! Not to mention, that end-credit scene with Thanos was freaking awesome!

Number 3: X-Men: Days of Futures Past (2014)

The movie that punched Marvel Studios in the face. The sequel to both X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men: First Class, in the future, sentinals killed off almost all the mutants in the world. Wolverine must travel back to 1973 to stop this before it started and fix all the problems of the future. This film grossed over $662,056,610 and got an 91% on Rotten Tomatoes. But why is it number 3?

Because it blew my motherfu*king panties off! This film was filled with awesome new characters, great action, some cool history, in depth story, amazing acting, and some "OH MY GOD" moments. Quicksilver really stole the show and did the best visual effects I have ever seen. This movie was so tremendous, it made me actually start liking 20th Century Fox it was that powerful! Greatest film of 2014 so far!

Number 2: Watchmen (2009)

Some of you are going "What? Why would you pick that?" and some are saying "Who the hell are they?". Well I'll tell you who they are:

Rorschach, an anti-hero who fights for what he thinks is right and uses a ink-blot mask as his face. Nite Owl II, the second

Nite Owl who is kinda of a Batman with the fancy gadgets, awesome fighting, and a special aircraft called Archie.

Dr. Manhattan, a doctor who was caught in a freak accident and was turned into a blue life form that can manipulate matter, teleport, travel to other planets and cannot be killed. He is the main plot point in the movie.

The Comedian, another anti-hero who was apart of the original Watchmen team. He is another anti-hero was does horribly terrible things, but you end up still liking the guy.

Ozymandias, a super fast and smart billionaire who is one of the few Watchmen to reveal their identity. Watch the movie to learn more ;)

Silk Spectre II, the only women in the Watchmen and daughter to Silk Spectre. She has sex with Nite Owl and Manhattan if your wondering.

Now I'm not going to tell you any more about this movie because it is super difficult to summarize without giving away anything. But, this movie is one of the best films of all time. With a SUPER AMAZING STORY, awesome action, sex, blood, and the best acting I have seen, this film really gave me chills. I honestly went into this movie not knowing anything about it and walked out a huge fan that movie was so powerful. It grossed over $185,258,983 and 65% on Rotten Tomatoes. Lots of people either said it was a 10/10 film or a 2/10 there was so much mixed reactions. But, I ended up being one of the 10/10 people! Just go watch this movie, it will change your look on superheroes forever.

Number 1: Catwoman (2004)

Everyone chill! I'm only kidding! This is probably the worse superhero movie of all time! I got you good!

The Real Number 1: The Dark Knight (2008)

I don't even need to explain myself on this one. All I have to say is it earned over $1,004,600,000 and got an 94% on Rotten Tomatoes. And it had the best performance of all time: Heath Ledger as the Joker. May he rest in peace. No other words need to be said about this movie, but that it's the greatest of all time.

Thank you for reading my post! Please give me your list of best superhero films or give me some feedback on what you thought and who I missed, because I did miss a lot, but these are my personal favorites. Check out my CRAVE series and my Pollurnaments on my profile and thanks for reading!
