Nina and Ian, Kristen and Rob, they're together, they're not, now the are, now they aren't... Not that I'm no fan of these sexy sexy vamps, but there are so many OTHER on-and-off screen couples NOT vampire-related who don't get nearly enough attention. So here are 7:

P.S. - Brad and Angelina don't count, either.

1) Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor

On-screen version: Derek Zoolander and Matilda Jeffries in Zoolander (2001)

Together for: 15 years (since 1999)

Why they're perfect: They’re really, really, ridiculously good-looking... and:

"It was like Meet the Parents in real life, because Christine's father is an intimidating guy who owns a security company; we're good friends now, but at the time I was in the basement rec room saying, 'I really would like to marry your daughter.'" -Ben Stiller (People)

These days? Happily married since 2000 with a daughter and son

2) Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan

On-screen version: Tyler Gage and Nora Clark in Step Up (2006)

Together for: 8 years (since 2006)

Why they're perfect: Considering that every woman on the planet doesn't hate Jenna, there's got be something undeniably magic about their relationship.

These days? Happily married since 2009 with a daughter

3) Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer

On-screen version: Dr. Chase and Dr. Cameron on House

Together for: 3 years (2004-2007)

Why they were perfect: Their real-life relationship followed the course of their on-screen relationship so closely I'd say it was creepy if they weren't so freaking adorable: They began dating, kept it secret from the team, eventually let them in, and then suddenly broke up.

These days? A few months after a fairy tale engagement (Jesse proposed on top of the Eiffel Tower), they started fighting and broke up. Jesse is currently dating professional surfer Maya Gabeira, and Jennifer recently split from Once Upon A Time co-star Sebastian Stan.

4) Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield

On-screen version: Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker in The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)

Together for: 3 years (since 2011)

Why they're perfect: ...um... Gwen and Peter, anyone? They also happen to be extra-ridiculously adorable - it's a fact.

These days? Still going strong!

5) Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson

On-screen version: Seth Cohen and Summer Roberts on The O.C.

Together for: 3 years (2003-2006)

Why they were perfect: They were actually the best on-screen couple in the history of on-screen couples... which made their actual romance the greatest gift to their fans.

These days? Rachel is currently dating Hayden Christensen, and Adam recently married Leighton Meester.

6) Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin

On-screen version: Sookie Stackhouse and Bill Compton on True Blood

Together for: 7 years (2007-2014)

Why they're perfect: Okay, okay, I know what you're thinking - these two are vampire-related! But their stability and lack of drama (and therefore headlines) make them an exception... which is what makes them perfect! They're a hot, young couple from a vampire show, and have actually managed to pull off a steady and strong relationship.

These days? Happily married with twins (boys) and two stepchildren (Stephen's).

7) Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem

On-screen version: María Elena and Juan Antonio Gonzalo in Vicky Cristina Barcelona (2008)

Together for: 7 years (since 2007)

Why they're perfect: Even though their last names don't match, they're just as sexy co-stars - minus the Scientology weirdness.

These days? Happily married with a son and daughter.

HONORABLE MENTION to our favorite Disney Tweens:

  • Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth (duh) in The Last Song (2010)
  • Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens in High School Musical (2006)
  • Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas in Camp Rock (2008)
  • Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner in Valentine's Day (2010)
Poll

So... who's the best on-and-off screen couple?
