The friendship between Tony Stark and Bruce Banner is easily most popular bromance to break out of Marvel's cinematic universe: in some form or another, the chemistry between the two science-savvy superheroes has inspired fan art, fan fiction, and headcanons that run rampant on sites like Tumblr. Now, tumblr user markruffalo (yes, Banner's actor himself) has confirmed in an interview that fans can expect more "Science Bros" (the friendship's fan-made nickname) in [The Avengers: Age Of Ultron](movie:293035). What this means is up to imagination, but Ruffalo seems to be highly in touch with the fandom behind Marvel's cinematic universe.

For instance, Ruffalo most recently replied to a fan's tumblr petition, wherein Chris Hemsworth or Chris Evans take on sexist questions that have (in)famously been directed toward costar Scarlett Johansson. "You have my signature," said Ruffalo.

Along with his activity on Tumblr, Ruffalo has been known to tweet snapshots from the set of Age of Ultron and has even been reprimanded by Marvel's official twitter account for it. In the sweetest way possible, of course.

It's always refreshing to see an actor participating within his fandom, especially when it comes to sharing gif sets like these involving his costars. You go, Ruffalo.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters May 1st, 2015.
