Batman fanatic, and comic book geek, Kevin Smith, confirms that Warner Bros. DC Stage 1 line up.

Exciting news for comic book fans everywhere! DC is slowly but surely entering the cinematic world of comic books. With the release of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice just two years away, that has many people wondering what will come next? Well here's the list:

May 2016 – Batman v Superman

July 2016 – Shazam

Xmas 2016 – Sandman

May 2017 – Justice League

July 2017 – Wonder Woman

Xmas 2017 – Flash and Green Lantern team-up

May 2018 – Man Of Steel 2

But why would Kevin Smith be the one confirming this? He was also one of the first to see the new Bat-suit. I think it's because he has a love for Batman, and is a die-hard comic book fan. I think DC notices this and brings him in on a green light, almost like an overseer of comic correctness or something. I believe this is a real schedule, it sounds right. Why no Batman reboot? Well, think about it. They've already rebooted it, and it was fantastic! And now, Batman's about to make another appearance in, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League, so it makes sense that he will be off the screen for awhile. Introduce more character's, I can't wait for Shazam or the Justice League personally.

Do you guys think this line up looks legit?

Here's my own line up for Stage 2, which I'm assuming will kick off after Man of Steel 2?

  • July 2018 - Aquaman
  • Xmas 2018 - Batman Reboot
  • May 2019 - Green Arrow
  • July 2019 - Cyborg
  • Xmas 2019 - Catwoman Reboot
  • May 2020 - Justice League 2
  • July 2020 - Shazam 2

What do you think of my line up?
