Megan Fox has opened up about the pressures of being a multimillionaire mom and an actress who needs to produce one film a year to a Parents Magazine.

If Gwyneth Paltrow's rants about the hardships she faces as a highly privileged person makes you want to claw your own face off with the ignorance of it all, I would look away now...

I know it is hard to believe from her lively, spirited performances, but Fox has admitted that her heart isn't really in the acting game and that she just wants to be able to spend 365 days of the year being a stay-at-home mom to her two children. When asked about how being a parent to two boys under two-years-old affects her working life, Fox answered;

It affects how much I'm willing to work. I've never been an extraordinarily ambitious girl or career-oriented, but especially once I got pregnant with my first son and now having my second, it’s so hard to be a working mom especially when your heart is not in your work, when your heart is with your family. I have to make one movie a year because I have to invest in their future and I have to be able to pay their way through college and be able to provide for them. I'm looking for movies that will shoot in Los Angeles, for projects where I'm part of an ensemble so I can shoot in and out in 10-20 days. It’s all about trying to spend as little time away from my kids as possible.

I'm not sure that Foxes comments that it's "so hard to be a working mom" will go down well with many others who are raising children alone and juggling affording childcare and their daily working hours though...

Of course Fox is entitled to be exhausted and want to spend time with her incredibly young family, but making one movie a year a then going all 'woe is me' about it probably isn't the best way to gain fans among the parents she is clearly trying to reach out to by doing the interview...
