Another season of Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story is creeping closer, and with a theme centered around a circus freak show, it promises to be the most disturbing round of the anthology show yet! Actress Sarah Paulson has already revealed that she will be playing dual roles as a two-headed woman, and now Murphy himself has confirmed the role to be played by actor Michael Chiklis (The Shield).

Yup. I'm down.

At the Critic's Choice Awards, Murphy told reporters that Chiklis will play the role of the circus strong man, who will be both the current husband of Angela Basset's character and the ex of Kathy Bates's. Chiklis will join AHS veterans Denis O'Hare, Emma Roberts, Gabourey Sidibe, Jamie Brewer, Evan Peters, and Frances Conroy, along with Bates, Paulson, Lange, and Bassett.
