With the imminent release of [Dawn of the Planet of the Apes](movie:322904), 20th Century Fox has decided to produce a series of short films to chart the ten years between the release of the 'Simian Flu' virus and present, Dawn, day.

The three shorts have very good production quality and tell three very different stories from three very different directors.

Check them out below:

Amidst a widespread viral outbreak known as the 'Simian Flu,' a mother is quarantined after testing positive for the virus, leaving her husband and daughter to fend for themselves.

All Fall Down

Five years after the Simian Flu all but wiped out humanity, an orphaned teenage girl survives by bartering things she has stolen from dead people's homes.

The journey of a shotgun through the hands of several ill-fated owners as the 'Simian Flu' ravages the world around them.

I think that all of these are pretty cool and individual. But what do you think? Which is your favorite?

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes stars Andy Serkis, Gary Oldman and Keri Russell and is released on July 11th.
