Andrey Hicks, currently serving time in a US prison, made headlines recently when he claimed that he'd had an affair with Kim Kardashian - way back when she was engaged to Kris Humphries.
He even produced an email, purportedly from Kim, that admitted the two had an affair, and called it a "mistake".
Which sounds...more than a little sketchy. On his part.
Ask Kim's lawyer, Marty Singer, and it becomes all the more so.
He's apparently sent Hicks a letter calling him a "a swindling convict and a liar," and "a greedy capitalist who went to jail for a greedy scheme."
Which sounds a whole lot more accurate, considering he's supposedly in prison for a hedge fund scheme gone wrong.
The best part? Singer challenges Hicks' assertion that he has a Ph.D in Math from Harvard, in the bitchiest possible way ever:
"...you dropped out of Harvard after three semesters and earned a D- in the only math course you took at Harvard."
I honestly have no idea whether or not they had an affair - though, let's be honest, Hicks isn't the most reliable source of testimony - but not matter what, you've got to give Singer some serious props for being that bad-ass a lawyer.
What do you guys think? Bottom line: Did she do it?
