A location scout for The Walking Dead has asked Brownstone city council for permission to erect a huge wall that will stand for two years, and for readers of the comic - that can only mean one thing.

Yep, that's right - The Alexandria Safe Zone!

The plan put to the local committee involves putting a 15 foot wall up around the aisle of row houses pictured below;

Whereas these grand four storey homes might be a little more substantial that the beginnings of the comic book Alexandria, it is difficult to think of another reason to build such a vast wall... Especially one that needs to be in place for so long.

Filming will start in September this year, but the site will be needed for the next two years.

So, could we really being getting our first look at Alexandria in season 5, or do you think that the producers have other tricks up their sleeves?
